Shipping & Delivery
At this time, TAGS Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. A signature is required at delivery for all packages. You can choose to waive signature. However; you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. Please note in comment section if you choose to waive signature confirmation.
TAGS Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
We are pleased to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. You may exchange or return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Since our website and our stores are fully integrated, we are happy to accept web returns at the store if this is most convenient for you.
Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.
